Flight 93 Visitor Center

Address: 123 Ring Road, Stoystown, PA 15563

On September 11, 2001, the passengers and crew of United Flight 93 fought back against their hijackers, and the plane crashed into this Pennsylvania field short of its intended target in Washington. The memorial honors the 40 heroes with a Wall of Names along the flight path, a visitor center telling their story, and the Tower of Voices, a 93-foot tower holding 40 wind chimes.

Walk the Memorial Plaza, learn the story at the visitor center, and hear the Tower of Voices' chimes. For a challenge, walk the full grounds, from the Western Overlook down the long allee to the impact site at the hemlock grove.
